thats funny. Because i played 7 cw matches yesterday and all of them had timbers and crows. There is an increase in hellbringers and maddogs tough.

just to add to this: Couldron born was given originally from the Inner sphere who first saw this on the recieving end in 3052, due to how rare this thing was and how Smoke jaguar later on got wiped out, the other clans reffered to it by IS name because that's the only name and information they know about it at the era.


Also this is simular to the Ice ferret, the IS called it Fenris and Clans called it Ice ferret... besides 1. Who called it "Wolf Hunter", that's clan ice hellion for you. However after they lost the design miserably to clan wolf, they renamed it.

Most clan mechs were actually buffed after coming out for cbills. Only TBR and SCR were nerfed over 6 months after c bill release and they needed it. I do well in both mechs still and both seem to continue saturating the competitive scene.

I kinda wished for ballistics/ mg / er ppc/ missile quirks that are good for the timberwolf to support non meta builds on them instead of a flat out nerf across the board...

Gah, I really want to upgrade to the Executioner and have 2 mechs to play with tuesday.... But it just looks so awful XD Can only fit a gauss and 2erll(with a tiny support weapon or two)

If they fixed assault mech JJs, I'd be all over it, though...

It goes fast, though. Even faster with MASC. Even if it isn't the meta it's gonna be a truckload of fun, especially with the large quantity of E hardpoints.

Exactly this, and not being snarky either. The goal is to make all the mechs viable to some degree. TBRs and Crows were overpowered. They just were. They were so much better than the other clan mechs, there was no reason to take anything else. Now there is. Mission accomplished.

That Executioner looks amazing - I just wish I had a Hatchetman to pummel its face.

Looking forward to seeing my teammates run the Executioner. I just cannot bring myself to spend any more real $ on this game, but I am excited for everyone who bought the packs.

I still believe the Shadow Cat will redefine overall CW strategy, other than the Stormcrow our Mediums are quite laughable.
