going to have to agree with rouken. he makes some great points there!

even with a 10 button mouse, the charge up + doubletap, not sure how you're supposed to make it work... and if you're only firing dakka at range as suppressing fire that's not a lot of suppressing fire really

the way to make a build IMO is to have a group of weapons you can all fire at once as your main gun, and then your backup weapons to deal with light mechs and whatnot.

even my 6 weapon group builds follow this logic; my 9m build is

group1: 1erppc
group2: 1erppc
group3: 1ppc

group4: 1medlas
group5: 2medpulse
group6: 1srm4

it might sound like a mess; but it really is simple; the main gun is 3ppc, and the backup weapon is 3 lasers, the srm4 i only fire when there is a 100 tonner in my face, since the 9m has awful narc tubes that wouldn't hit even a medium mech in one hundred years;

another 6 group loadout i have is

1: 1erll
2: 1lpl
3: 1lpl
4: 1lpl

5: 1medlas
6: srm2+srm4

the maingun is the 3lpl, the rest is backup weaps. i get pretty good range and cooldown synergy in both builds; if i am using 6 weapon groups it is only because i don't like pressing backspace to switch to chainfire mid match, it is preferable to me having a group with only 1 weap on it so i can just press diff buttons and manage the heat like that.

you really need to simplify your build and divide it into a concise big weap group with a nice range and then your backups;
otherwise idk how you are managing all of that, sounds even harder than what i do and the erppc build i post above has 0.97 heat efficiency...
