I think that premium banked time should be able to be used in 1 day,3 day and 7 day increments,due to the fact that some people cant get on line everyday.

No. PGI allows it to be used in blocks of time, but letting it be doled out in 1 or 3 day increments would make week-ending too prevalent and lead to a significant drop in premium time purchase and usage imho. Use it a month at a time like a "subscription" like it is now and leave it be.

I had an idea where players could buy premium time for a shorter, more specific time with bigger bonuses.

I won't vote, since my preferred solution is not represented. I agree, that weekending would become too prevalent if a 1 or 3 day option would be available. But 7 days would be just fine I think.

30 days (as i am running right now) is just too much of a waste since many people
a ) don't have that long vacations en bloc and
b ) cannot commit that long a time to playing MWO without getting in serious trouble with other member of their households.

not like, i click the prize yesterday, when I went to bed, and boom, premium time just started. pff.

That´s one way to look at it.

The thing is, I _would_ be inclined to get some premium time, if I could use it, when I have time to actually play (even using it on a weekly basis could work with me), but I´m not paying for _not_ playing, meaning: No money from me

Now, if there are more people like me or more people like you, I don´t know, so I can´t tell how it would play out in the end, but it isn´t as clear cut as you make it to be.
