How does the "Opportunity to chose between 1 of 4 Grand Prizes" work?

Can you tell us what the 4 grand prize choices will be?

I clicked on them but they don't do anything (more specifically, they pop up a window saying that the event is over, but that's probably unintentional). It makes sense that we can only redeem them once the event starts.

The redeem buttons won't be functional until the event begins.

Ok so this event is a pretty sweet deal. CW plus regular queues plus prizes with a good time window for it. I like it.

Top tip for the new or less try-hardy players as this event only gives you 20 chances to qualify for a prize and not one single more...

Maybe you should consider participating in that event a couple of days after it has started... So that you drop after some of the veteran units have finished steamrol..farming their 60 wins in skirmish/conquest/assault group queue...

To be honest, I don't remember how it was in the last two events like this, but "...up until you reach your limit of 20 unlocks per each game mode". Doesn't this mean you should have infinite chance to get this limited number of unlocks?

it seems as the most logical reading, otherwise they would have said 'you only have 20 tries' or something, they said '20 unlocks'

when i wanna redeem my Bonus chances from Wave 3 it says:
"The event time has elapsed. You can no longer redeem."
guess i have to wait until today night

We had unlimited chances in all the previous events to unlock a limited number of prizes but the (now removed) "Grand Prizes" qualifying conditions somehow made me think this event could be different.

I really hope I'm wrong though, but better be safe than sorry, especially for those who really want/need those prizes.

or

- 20 chances to win a maximum of 20 prizes per game mode ?

How does a Wave 3 owner redeem their redemptions? Before playing a match?

I would probably play for Skirmish, Assault & Conquest.

CW modes, I would use my 32 for that though I am unsure about signing up just for 8 more shots leftover. Actually I am sure I am not signing up for 8 shots, thanks to the post that clarified again what CW is.

You are given the extra unlocks for buying the Wave III, you can still play the CW modes for even more prizes.

Wildstreak : You can redeem them by clicking the buttons here but only after the event has started. Apparently, clicking them now won't do anything. : http://mwomercs.com/tournaments

And you can't "use" your 32 Wave 3 Gladiator complimentary redemptions for the game mode you want, as all your 32 redemptions add up to your maximum number of prizes. So you can still get 100 more prizes if you feel like it.

Well, thanks, didn't have time to read the whole topic.

Still not playing CW, I did it once for the similar event last Christmas. CW though has features that just put me off even enough to give up extra freebies.
