minute 5:35 - shoot 2 erppc in grasshopper's sidetorso and it goes clean through;

is this just a hitreg issue? i highly doubt it, normally when hitreg fails the ppc blasts them but the reticle does not turn red; i see this frequently enough

i hadn't seen a shot 'GHOSTING' a mech since the stormcrow was first released and it had a defective hitbox with a hole in it, lately i have only seen this with the newer mechs

i have rewinded this many many... many times, i don't think i hit the ams pod, seems like it was hitting the sidetorso to me

I guess it could be a graphics bug. Perhaps it actually hit and dealt damage but was displayed incorrectly.

that couldn't be the case because if you see the paperdoll it would be more damaged in the sidetorso i shot, but no... it's only got damage from my srm salvos all spread out (sidetorsos and ct all the same shade of orange/red)

i'm still thinking this is a hitbox issue, i'd like to get some more opinions before i make a thread on feedback forum though

The thing is, you didn't have detailed target info until the moment your salvo hit, so its difficult to determine how much damage was actually dealt and where. Or at least that is how it seemed to me when I looked at the moment a couple of times.
