Greetings MechWarriors,

Cockpit Items and Double Heat Sinks being provided as rewards through the Summer Heat: Wave III Event are not redeeming correctly. We are going to fix this issue, but it will require some brief downtime. 

This downtime is scheduled for 11:15 PM PDT (6:15 PM UTC) and should last no longer than 2 minutes.

No patch will be required once services are restored.

Any players who have already 'redeemed' the above items through the Tournament page will have these items injected into their accounts.

I've already had 3 qualifying matches that haven't shown on the list. And it's been well beyond 15 minutes.

I left a game early after having dealt more than 1000 damage and it is now in the list with a match score of 10 ..

5 qualifying matches this morning, but still no tickets/prizes---0's across the board. The bug is still active.

I've only played 2 CW games so far.
As in previous events of this type, the tabs indicating game type will only list how many qualifying games have been redeemed by the player. The tabs do not list qualified games with rewards pending. (Yep, you have to select the TYPE of game (tab), then click on the "COOL OFF" button on any matches that qualified).
Until that's done, the games will not list on the match type tabs on the tournament page.

I just did 2 matches with a score of 50 but never got my prizes.

I clicked the "cool Off" button and a screen asked me if I wanted to play global thermo nuclear war.

Items starting redeeming a while ago after hitting the "cool off" under each tab as described, so I'll take it.

I played about 1 hour worth of skirmish and conquest games, all match score over 100, and it says 0/20 across the board. What gives?! Is the whole event broken or does it just not like match scores above 100?

EDIT: now only conquests finally filled in all at once. That was longer than 15 mins. Other games are missing too but I assume there's just some sort of gigantic delay problem.

Worked for me like it was supposed to. Just got not very lucky with the prizes - no mechbays, no premium time. But hey - thanks PGI for giving away free stuff!

Are you guys just looking at the tabs and going off the numbers? The numbers show items already redeemed, not earned. You have to click on the tab to see if you actually got anything or not, then click 'Cool Off" THEN that number will change.

It's been working almost flawlessly for me. There was one stretch of an hour there where it stopped updating, but afterwards everything I had earned popped in at once. No biggie.

No, I remember how the redeem button worked from last time. All the content below each tab was blank as well. It's back up to working in a proper amount of time as of last night though.
