Am I missing something? Shoot and then quickly slew your reticle to torso twist and shield your CT, yes? Is there something special I'm not seeing like using free look or something complicated? I'm not trying to be an ass, I'm seriously asking what's the trick?

I know it's certainly something I need to work on, and your reflexes are very fast, but it's just shooting and torso twisting, yes?

Dino.......... free look away before shooting.............antihack......................... get it........ cuz I'm very quickly looking away from the enemy before shooting..................... opposite of what an aimbot looks like............. ugh I hate explaining a joke.

free looking away + quick mouse drag before shooting, then sometimes letting it go to snap back (like in the basement part), other times just continuing to look away (up top)

i have other ways of using this mechanic but they're a lot more... uhh, situational (like say have chest pointed at one bottleneck, free looking + arm lock at another, then shoot one gun let go of free look and instantly shoot second gun at 2nd guy prolly before first projectile lands... requires 2 guys to show/crest at almost exact same time)

This is only second MWO vid I've made with me talking in it since returning, after quitting in 2013. I used to talk in my old ones a lot like this.

I try not to make vids with me talking these days but I guess this idea was one I felt like doing so with.

Yes I have to agree, the dialogue was sad in the late 80s much less in the present.

Judging by random remarks downvoting and dislikes stemming from troll comments such as "poptarting isn't a trick shot" etc on the HPG Outreach thread for this video, it's quite obvious that a lot of people are clearly interested in following meta, but wouldn't know innovation if it literally slapped them in the face.

It's dawned on me as a result that I think when people talk about lack of faith in PGI that the real people who don't get it are the gamers. People blame PGI for "not knowing how to play their game" well why is it that experienced players generally understand what I'm doing in this vid and underhive don't. Hmm.

I mean what, am I supposed to show the shots at 10% speed for people to get it? They can't pause or something? What. Is it the talkin? It's a gimmick. Whatever.

Well masCh..................... aimbots generally look at you before shooting, rather than looking away from you.
