The game it is , what it is. Robot there, pew pew, dakka dakka, next.
But when staying in main menu, there is missing somthing..... just for fun....

What about a perma lottery ? lets say, you could join daily for maximum 10x 50k cbills, if you want. After you pay the 50k price, youll get the price immediately (ingame) , something like clan III wave event now.

To all current prizes there, yoiu could add with extreme rarity things like,

- 1000 - 5000 MC
- free mech from all current mechs availaible. (including HERO and C)
- unlockable clan camo
- 10m cbills
- 3 random modules
- 3 random omnipods
- free random badges
- option to "master" immediately one of your mechs you have for free.


I know a lot of you will scream, hey its a robot pew pew game.
I mean, we could have also a little fun with it, or ?


(BTW the wave3 event is perfect, and it brings me this perma lottery idea.....)

I dunno about a lottery, but I have always been baffled why PGI doesn't have a daily log in bonus. Most games lately have something to encourage people to drop in once a day, and many even have a little "consecutive days" type reward system for people to work towards. Log in every day for a week? here's 150K c-bills. Every day for a month?, a year? etc etc.

um, what i dont want, is have daily, like do 30 points in skirmish, and here you have "constant" prize of 30 MC.

thats why i mention lottery, something "with luck", not predetermined hard.(Like do X, here you have Y. )

Not to mention Double XP time that builds up when you're offline. That makes it a lot more fun when you return to the game, because levelling up / grinding XP is so much faster.

I'd like it if matches provided a tertiary currency (one for loss, two for win) token. Each token in the front end will give you one spin on the (grab bag mechanic). Everything from parts to c-bills and consumables.

If this is what i think it sounds like... i don't want there to be Joker Mystery Boxes associated with MWO. Sure PGI could make a profit selling something like those, but i'd rather not have a game that i enjoy playing have a "gamble for something unique" for real money, because that's where it'll end up as... as far as a permanent lottery goes. There's no way PGI would do something like that for free (on a permanent basis).

for cbills only, and it should stay, that it can give you less in cbills, hen you have invested. No lotery game only. (reminds me of D3 AH... no no no. not this.)

Not a bad idea. From PGIs end, rig it so the ultimate average payout is worth slightly less than the cbills expected to reach that payout, and you have a new sink for those guys with 400 million cbills right now (I'll never be one of those. It's a good day if I have over a mil). All it would require is some very basic calculations on a spreadsheet to do it right.

PSO2 has a scratch-off that you filled in by completing quests. If you filled a row or column you would get better prizes,etc.

PGI could do something similar like a mini event.

1 week, get 10 victories in Conquest.
2nd week, get 4 victories in Assault on HPG.
3rd week, get 20 victories in a Victor.
4th week, get 3 matches with 10 assists.

/etc.

Prizes should be similar to the current contest prizes, keep the MC minimal.

Daily log in prize could be 5MC. 365 days = 1825, a new shiny hero possibly. Or 6 mechbays. Camo. So on.

Any kind of daily incentive would be a major step up IMO.

Getting people to log on is half the battle, once they are in and have fun then they stay so a little extra on your first Win, First 500 dmg match of the day or even a 10 or 12 assist a day small bonus. Make it a 2x modifier on your GXP earning for the match or something.

I'd like to see this but as "Salvage" and it'd end up not being based on Win/Loss but component destroyed / Kill. They accumulate as Resource Points(RPs) and can be given to your unit for use in CW to use other factions mechs.

With that I'd like to see constraints applied to mechs within CW for factional mechs (Clan wolf, Steiner, etc...) and alignment (clan vs IS). Where you'd spend the currency to use mechs outside of your alignment/faction you're signed on with.

But having them also associated with a flat cost grab bag for purchases where it'd be broken down into categories of Weapons (Small, Medium, Large), Engines (Hefty Salvage cost associated), Equipment...etc. That all cost different values in RPs as grab bags...

We've asked for 2X CBills for the first win for the day, just like XP. Never happened. After you level a mech, the double XP becomes pretty worthless (unless you actually spend lots of money to convert to GXP). With the current payout, I don't think it would break the economy, and should be easy to implement. Might encourage people to have multiple mechs ready to go.

Not a bad idea. Just have a lottery like the one thats on now, except it refreshes every day and is redeemable in game.

You get 1 draw per 20 points scored in a match each day, to a max of 5 draws if you score a 100+ game.
Rewards a small amount of CBills, GXP, MC, random equipment and consumables and a tiny chance of bigger MC, modules and chassis.

Alternatively you could pay CBills or GXP for up to 5 draws per day, operating as a good sink for the stacks of CBills and GXP some people rack up.
