I legit hope they implement some of the ideas people posted in the Catapult thread. I would consider buying into them if they did.

It is very, very, very unlikely that this includes the Catapult, much less the Jagermech. Breaks my heart to say it, but I think we're stuck with those for a while.

Yea, I think Russ is talking more about the mechs that still lack geometry all together.

When they do get around to Geometry repairs, I seriously hope PGI can and will implement one of the great fan ideas.

As much as I fear the implementation, it will be nice to see some visual confirmation of changes on my Commandos.

I'm gonna guess he means making the modular weapons look a little less slapped on and better integrated like the recently released mechs.

It would be nice to see some visual confirmation of changes on my Commandos, but at the same time I haven't forgotten the emasculation number they did on my poor, poor Centurions, or the amputation of my JagerMech's arms, not to mention the absolute eyesore that is "variable geometry" on the Catapult.

I have every confidence in PGI managing to fsck up my favourite 'mechs to the point of me not even wanting to play them any more, so I can't say I'm looking forward to the Commando getting it's pass.

I feel the same way. I wish OP hadn't reminded Russ about the Awesome, I would rather not see them **** this up too. The Awesome looks cool, and has literally nothing else going for it besides that. Once they turn the giant manly PPCs (same size the K2 used to have) into tiny little zappers, the one last reason anyone might ever play an Awesome will have vanished.
