They were available when they were on the mech, but when i reequip them, they disappear.

It's a very big problem, please fix it when you can PGI.

You should be able to add the actuators in with checkboxes unless the arm in question has an AC, PPC, or Gauss. There are some exceptions, of course, like most Dire Wolf and War Hawk arms not having lower arm actuators available at all (most likely meant to balance out the massive firepower these mechs can bring by making them more susceptible to flanking).

it's there before i took off omnipods, but the same omnipod is put back on and the check boxes disappear :(

That's just bizarre, it shouldn't be doing that. Take some footage and report it to support@mwomercs.com and maybe even tweet the ticket number to Russ.

I ran repair tool and it found some sort of error, didn't read it but it's now fixed.
