I have had this since the previous patch.
I set my VOIP and it works as in Picture #2, when I start the client the next time I get Picture #1 and no one can hear me until I reset the Capture Device setting.

After starting Client.

I have had a similar bug ever since they enabled VOIP. When I get into a match VOIP comes out over on my speakers instead of my headset. I have tried everything I could think of. Only fix I could come up with is to resave my Playback Device settings after I start up the client each and every time.
