JagerMech is just an updated Rifleman right? Its the same Mech under another name?

Actually, if you get the JM6-DD (JagerMech with XL Engine), you can swap the 4 ACs by 2 Gauss +5 tons of ammo (and keeping the 2 Medium Lasers).

I agree it does look like the old rifleman. Not to sound greedy or anything but I want more mechs.

I like the way if you look closely it has 'DAK' written on the right arm and 'KA' just visible on the left arm.

Indeed, in TT the AC/2 is useless. BUT in videogames that's easily fixed by increasing the rate of fire.

Very nice! I hope the similarity to Rifleman won't cause any legal troubles with Rifleman being unseen and all that.

I love direct fire weapons, and this should make an excellent scout killer. Should also be a good partner to the catapult, would keep the light mechs away from it while having enough long range firepower to play the support role.


You can actually put Quad UAC/5s.

Jager Mech is always fun if used correctly. So thank you devs, for putting this one into the game, you guy's have been nothing but awesome with your mech releases.

I literally laughed out loud when I saw it was the JagerMech that got announced. I really hope they make AC2s and AC5s better in this game than they were in CBT, or I'm going to feel very, very sorry for any of those poor MW/CBT-newbies that make the mistake of buying one as their first mech.
