JAGGERMECH here is closest thing for Rifleman many people (inc. me) can buy in MWO atm.
So if i want to use it as wannabe Rifleman i will cladly do it, as i like the newer Rifleman AC version...

Anti air or not, u can still use it against targets at groundlevel, (Historical fact is that AA was also used against softer targets) maybe against the AIRSTRIKE commanders will call on your mechs head.

I had to go and check my MWIV Mercs MechBay. I think it's darned close to the Black Jack in design. I used the BJ in 3025 with AC/Missile load out. The MWIV Mercs BJ II has 2 Ballistic hard points on each arm with 3 slots in each. 2 Missile hard points on the shoulders with 2 slots in each and 2 single slot Omni Points in the Left and Right torso. That JagerMech sure looks a lot like the BlackJack I know and love. If she's all AC, I know I'll take a serious look at adding one to my MechBay.

add another ton of armor; you have better use of your AC2 ammo +50% more 'uber' range firepower, and just as much close in. The cost-to-add is suuuuper cheap as well
Other good mod? drop to 4x AC2s (+5 tons after you swap 1t AC5 ammo for 1t AC2 ammo) add 3 tons armor and a pair of MLs. still got alot of dakka, but you are now actually dangerous up close (and MUCH) better armor +50%. if the crits won't allow adding +2 mls..well...just add even more armor!!!

Or drop 2 AC-2s and go all UAC-5s. If I were to ever have to use the Jagermech in tabletop I'd do that.

For those that don't know a DG variant swaps the four auto cannons for 2 Gauss rifles and medium pulse lasers for basic mediums. I plan, if the internal space is as limited as I think, on switching the Ferro Fibrous armor for Endosteel.
Note: This is if it uses the JM6-DD model as described in the 3050 TRO.

Yeah thats a Rifleman.Jager mecvhs are supossec to have the large rotating shoulder joint the hold all tha AC tonnage.
