I would like to know why I cannot redeem my last qualifying match even though it is not yet the 23rd and you event info clearly states "The ability to redeem your qualifying games will expire on June 23rd at 11:59:59 PM PDT (June 24th at 6:59:59 AM UTC)." I'm getting the error "The even is not running, you cannot redeem at this time"

I'm getting the same thing, just presuming it'll sort itself out in a wee bit...

Probably because you are mixing up events. For wave 3 event the end date is "SUNDAY JUNE 21^st 11:59:59 PM (PDT)" and not June 23rd (which is the hero event.)

The EVENT portion is over, however, we are supposed to be able to REDEEM still.

• Premium Time acquired through this challenge automatically activates when you receive the prize
  
• Challenge applies to both Solo and Group drops
  
• No opt-in required
  
• The ability to redeem your qualifying games will expire on June 23rd at 11:59:59 PM PDT (June 24th at 6:59:59 AM UTC).
  
• Be sure to redeem your eligible matches on the Challenge page before that deadline or they will be forfeit!

True, but note the OP posted at 9am. Assuming he/she wanted to get a chance at the grab bag for that drop it would not have qualified because it had ended hours earlier. Anything done for the event after midnight PDT does not qualify, only before. Those before midnight PDT can still redeem.

I don't think that is what the OP is saying. I also made a post about it...I have some games that qualified well before the Cut-Off but when I click the Cool Off button to redeem it, I get a pop-up that the event is over. We are supposed to be able to redeem until tomorrow.

Yes I did post after the event had ended but I am speaking of a match that qualified before the cut off time, hence the Cool Off button having appeared. I was giving it some time to see if it sorted itself out before starting a thread about the issue. CaptRosha, posted the entire part of the event description I was referring to about the ability to redeem matches that did qualify until the 23rd.

This issue seems to be resolved. I was just able to redeem my final Cool Off. Thank you.
