[Lexx]

Not only can they not dunk, they can't even summon anything.

You should at least be able to call forth a Mist Lynx or Kit Fox or something like that.

Add elementals to the game so you can summon one of those?

How can you call a mech a summoner when it can't even summon anything?

Mine seems to conjure a wall of LRMs and Laser Vomit aimed right at it, with some frequency.

Running the CW meta build is actually fun. 1 Gauss (RT) and 1 ER PPC (RA). It never overheats and just give the other team the left side to shoot at and it becomes pretty tanky. Not great, but it works.

Alrighty, just did my first match in the Summoner (again) And.... it jumps pretty high, pretty quickly at least. It doesn't have much air time, though. But, I think I'll have fun with it. That CUAC/20 and 5 SRM2 build is actually pretty mean little mech. I didn't realize it moved quite as fast as it does, either. Thing will be hell on wheels once I basic/master/elite it.

Gauss is great on the Summoner. It goes great with energy of some sort.

Still, a Splattoner (5 ASRM6) is fun.

Yup... Summoners are absolute junk, I regret spending money on them....



That UAC20 5SRM2 build is really pretty effective once I got the hang of it. Is it the greatest mech? No, but it's fun! I didn't even have it basicd at that point!

My 3rd Summoner just has 4 ERLL, and works pretty well. Nice and mobile. These things will be great once I get speed tweak, and 2x basic.

I love the Summoner but it got the short end of the stick as far as Clan tech goes in MWO.

Wait for the upcoming JJ changes to see. It does have nice agility and can poptart fairly well...if thats your thing.

Otherwise, Gauss+4ERML is about the best it does.
