Emm ... "Battle for THE universe..." or "THE battle for universe ..."
(Besides, I meant the BT universe, not the universe (which includes the planets, stars, etc.))

It would still need 'the' in there to be proper, it just doesn't sound right to me that is all.

All the things you listed above at talking about a distinct place 'Berlin', 'Middle-earth', 'a Dynasty'. No one goes around and says 'You want drive my car?' they would say 'You want TO drive my car?'.

The universe is larger than a place, as in Berlin, Middle-Earth. Again I love the picture, but the text does not read correctly to me.

The Battle for Universe begins now...
The Battle for the Inner Sphere begins now...
The battle of the Universe begins now...

Just my 2cents, suggestions, take them with a grain of salt! I'd love to see more of your artwork!

"Dune", "Berlin" and "Middle-earth" are all proper names while "universe" is not, so you would need the modifier for "universe".to specify which one (even though there really is only one universe in question).
