Hello there people friendly neighborhood Atlas pilot here coming too you with a simple problem that I can not seem too fix...performance.
system:
Intel I7 4770 3.9
ASUS GTX960 Strix OC
8G DDR3 corsair gaming RAM.
650 power supply.
Now the graphics card is brand new I have noticed large increase in performance across the board with all games I own. Every thing from killing floor 2, Battlefield 4 and so on. But MWO still seems too not want too co operate. I have tried multiple ideas from people with no effect. I am looking into coming back to MWO some day but I really need help cause at the moment now its just not enjoyable with these frames.
Regular games start at 60FPS ( V-sync) and even a little bit of combat hits 35 - 30
CW well I was told its really badly optimized so 25-35
I am not sure if its just this game or what I hear some people with older tech getting better performance so If any one could lend a helping hand with any solutions would go a long way.
and again this is the only game that is affected.

Needing Help With Performance Ideas.

hmm
what have you tried?
my same generation i5 does better than you're i7 it seems
err it's boosting to 4.1 Ghz
lets see
disabling HT did anything?
my power plan actually stands at balanced and I'm locked with 60fps in CW
2560x1080 res
got a gtx 780 here
lets see
all settings very high
except
particles: low
shadows: low
AA: off
Motion Blur: off
in NVidia settings important ones are:
shader cache: always on
threaded optimization: always on
though I'm on Windows10 at the moment
