Will the Atlas II make it into MWO, and if so when?

It's hard to say at the moment, as it would be a purely Clan mech at this point.
With the advent of the IICs, the possibility is certainly open though.

Doubtful. In terms of lore, every single Atlas-II was taken with General Kerensky when he left the IS and though one turned up in the battle of Tukayyid production of them didn't re-start in the inner sphere until 3070. In terms of the MWO time line that's theoretically >15 years from now.
Personally I'd love to see an Atlas-II, we could even have a hero version of it, but I wouldn't hold my breath

Its simple...First Clan Hero mech.....
- AS7-D-H Kerensky The custom version used by Nicholas Kerensky, this version of the Atlas II retains the weapon array of the original but swaps the Inner Sphere components for more advanced Clan equivalents. It also adds a second SRM launcher. All the missile systems are equipped with Artemis IV fire control systems. Double heat sinks were replaced with their less bulky Clan equivalents and increased to nineteen. The ferro-fibrous armor protection remains the same, but again was replaced by more compact Clan version. To handle electronic warfare duties, a small ECM Suite and Active Probe were added to the center torso. The CASE systems were integrated into the side torsos, as was common to all Clan designs. BV (2.0) = 2,777[11] http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Atlas_II (A link to the Sarna) I personally think that Kerensky's personal Atlas II retrofit would be perfect for that

So ya, anyone really want to see this thing on the Clan side?
I would love it myself, but it would be quite the OP mech being a normal mech with clan tech, and 100 tons, and ECM and a CLAP. Only thing to balance these normal Clan mechs is to not Hard Point inflate them and give no quirks. So a AS7-D-H would be 1E each arm 1B RT 2M LT with ECM HP in the CT. Even with clan tech, that is not a lot of HPs to work with, but still workable.
