I have not bought a mech pack in quite some time, so i cannot remember the details

But i have a question about it,

If you buy a mech pack, that comes with 60 days of premium time. Do you get the 60 days now (ON PURCHASE), or do you have to wait?

I think it usually comes with scheduled rewards. Like on X date, months before pack release they inject the 30 days bonus premium time and the bonus modules

As mentioned: Once X date comes and you make the purchase after said date, it'll be "on the hour" of said purchase once it goes through.

I didn't want to have to wait, i wanted the 60 now! (If i was to get the origins pack it;s like 6 months away for most of the stuff!)

Usually there are staged early bird rewards, though, which are added monthly as you go along that include premium time.

Yes so if it's the monthly reward for July, you'll get it in august.

you cant turn it off once premium is activated, you can add it in 30 days at a time thru forums, if you have any not activated time left.

The only way to not loose premium time while you are not playing would be to purchase a 1 day premium time when you have a solid 24 hours to play.

for future reference if you get a pack you can activate premium time all at once by clicking activate ingame or you can activate 30 days on your profile page here on the forums.

Support is generally understanding of this confusing.. email them and explain you just learned you can start it in 30 day incrementals (through profile) and ask them to change it.
