I went into settings and turned on All Chat but I do not see any communication. I have searched all over the Forums for info and can't find much other than how to turn it on. Is there a real global chat or does it just work between friends and groups?

/all chat it's the chat between teams during a match

Lance chat in green, team chat in light blue and All chat in dark blue. You only see something if someone types, so you can do a test yourself.

Type the key to engage chat and a text box will appear, type the text and then hit enter.

if you want to see all the chat that is happening you will also need to enable Lance chat and Team Chat, all chat is merely the chat that everyone can read.

I remapped mind long ago to the F1-3 keys because I kept accidently hitting one of the buttons during the match, but I think it is t for team, y for everyone (all), and u for Lance chat.
