Titles and Badges.....

PGI would you Please, Please, Please, be so kind as to make popups on your in game Mech Package Titles selection window showing a picture of the icon and a one line definition of what they are. Or if that is too hard, add a page somewhere on your website viewable with the same info. Thanks
