The world's most famous schedule - or just a schedule - depends on how you think about it.
Good luck on the battlefild, pilots!

Seems my play time for MWO is going to be even more reduced, until September 15th. Oh well, there is still the forums.

They do that to spread out the releases.
Also: the above is for the MC/CBill releases. The pre-orders are delivered sooner. For example: the Mauler and Black Knight come out in September.

On the other hand... if you want all the Origin mechs, you're probably going to need something like 200 million C-bills. So with the Arctic Cheetah being the last Wave 3 mech to be released for C-bills in October, you've got about 6 months to farm the 200 million C-bills needed to buy all the Origin mechs until the last one is released in April 2016.
6 months to farm 200 million C-bills is about 8 million C-bills per week. On average, you need 1.2 million C-bills per day, without a single day break from the game. In other words, MWO needs to be a pretty damned big part of your life for this to work out.
People who want to buy all the mechs in the game with C-bills have a lot of work ahead of them.

I don't expect Origins to be much, actually. Heavier mechs all come with STDs, and you can swap the XLs around.
XL200 is only 3.2 Mil, while the 315 is 5 Mil. Engines make up most of the cost, but I guess 2 Mil for a pair of UAC20s isn't cheap either.

You'd think you'd get more bonuses from the preorders than what we have now.

On the other hand, it is much better experience to farm C-Bills while leveling up the new mechs 1 by 1. So this release schedule does not inspire me one bit.

We actually do have it. And it’s a little bit more than one mech a month.
I’m not even going to be bothered about others getting their pre-orders early. If you “restrict” yourself to the c-bill timeline, you have the benefit of not spending any cash on the mech, make a better decision on which one to get or at all after others have tried and flamed commented, have the developers do at least once over (e.g. Executioner’s Hit Boxes). So let those that can afford to play-test the mech for those three odd months. When it comes out for cbills, I can then decide whether or not to get it.
What one should instead do is invest in Premium Time. And a year’s worth at that. I am a ½ hour per night player. So premium time means my stock of cbills continues to grow fairly well, enough to splurge whenever there are cbill sales of mechs, equipment, etc. You also don’t get that feeling of not “fully” utilising your PT when you miss a day or two. So when there was a double MC and PT sale in one event (Tukayyid), I went ahead and got one year’s worth, and now I’m sitting pretty on a warchest for when the Mauler and Orion IIC comes about (I pre-ordered Wave 3 thourgh).
Cheers
