Hello everyone. Relative newcomer to the forums here, been an off and on player of the actual game due to my semi-low end PC, but I dearly love the game. Not sure if there's somewhere else I should put this, but if you could direct me to it, I would be obliged. I purchased the Ebon Jaguar pack from the Wave Three page back in June or May, and have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new mechs(The Shadow Cat mostly). However, when I logged on today, I was greeted by a brand new Ebon Jaguar Prime, it's two beautiful variants...... And nothing else. No Shadow Cat, no Arctic Cheetah. I love the look of the EBJ, but I didn't spend 90 dollars for it alone. I went back and looked at the Wave Three page, my spirits a little low as I've been anticipating playing with my new mechs since I started updating before bed last night, and I looked at the Cauldron Born pack to see if I had misread something during purchase, but I didn't:

• Ebon Jaguar: 1 Prime 'Invasion' Variant featuring a 30% C-Bill boost and Special Geometry, plus 2 Standard Variants
  
• Shadow Cat: 1 Prime 'Invasion' Variant featuring a 30% C-Bill boost and Special Geometry, plus 2 Standard Variants
  
• Arctic Cheetah: 1 Prime 'Invasion' Variant featuring a 30% C-Bill boost and Special Geometry, plus 2 Standard Variants

So my question is: Where are the rest of my mechs? Are they coming at a later date, or do I need to contact customer service? I still have my order number as well.

The Shadow Cat and Arctic Cheetah are not scheduled to be released until later this month.

You will get your Arctic Cheetah and Shadow Cat on July 21st.

I heard the reason for that is because they originally intended to release 2 entirely different mechs for the light and medium slots, but popular opinion swayed them to change to AC and the SCat.

Don't feel bad, I order the whole deal, 4 variants of each.
I have my 4 EXEs and 4 EBJs but cannot access the Omnipods of the EXE-D and EBJ-C still.
Waiting on Support.

Nobody can buy the omnipods for the EXE-D or EBJ-C. You have to take them off to use them on another mech. They are not for sale because it's a global flag, if they are for sale they are for sale for everyone not just the people who qualify for the bonus.
Unless you are saying you can't take them off your mechs, then you have a support issue.

Those have been the mechs since the announced the package. A more likely explanation for the staggered release is so we don't have to wait for July 21st for all 4 mechs.

No it was mentioned that Russ had them change the light and the medium before the pack was announced.

Makes no sense.
When they become available for CB, all 4 variants will be available so people who buy only 3 will still have access to the Omnipods of the 4th variant.
Why deny it to people now? Because some did not get the 4th variant? That seems silly but even then, there is no reason they should not be able to set code to do the following.

Code checks Player's account.
If Player owns a (Clan Mech) with a Center Torso of Variant X, then Player can buy Omnipods of Variant X for any variant of (Clan Mech).

The CT is not an Omnipod so that is all they need if they do not want the 4th variant Omnipods available to people who did not get the 4th variant. Using that, people who got 4 variants get access to Omnipods of the 4 variants, people who got only 3 get access to only those 3 variant Omnipods.

For those who are enquiring about the 4th (early preorder) variant hardpoints; you only get one of each; no one can buy more of them until they are released for cbills.
