Also he likes all his own posts too just to get more likes. Its getting kind of silly now.
That being said though, everyones entitled to their two cents and tbh Id just ignore him. Imo hes a troll or hes just uneducated and ignorant. Worst thing to do is feed the troll. (Im guilty of feeding the trolls)

The Phased Plasma Cannon is more science then the Particle Cannon which is compleatly fiction and if you can't tell the difference between a beam of concentrated light and a blob of super-heated plasma then there is no hope for you, sonny.

There are a lot of variations in the people in the mechwarrior community, both extremes can get under my skin at times.
Really with your thread you are no different than them, drama is drama IMO. Instead of making this thread, why not just hit the "report" button? I would like to leave the "muting" decision to people with "red" or "green" names. Read the TOS again for these forums.
Personally, I couldn't care less with how people feel about me here. I have "trolled", and will do so again if I feel the need. If you don't like it no one is forcing you to read it in accordance with prophecy.

Both weapons are actually hopelessly useless in real life. And its not a matter of 'our technology isn't there yet,' they're actually quite useless from a physics stand point.
And even if one was to be more 'realistic,' the PPC would still win that race, though its in game mechanics wouldn't translate well in the real world. I mean, Tesla himself advocated a similar weapon. And who's going to argue with the original mad scientist?
EDIT: On topic - I disagree with the proposition of this thread. Unfortinatly, FP just hasn't reached trolltastic levels high enough for a forum ban.
Forum bans are for GOOD trolls.

Then you just face palm, sigh and probably kick them out of the game. (If you ever played L4D2, you've had this experience at least once).
Honestly though, it's going to get worse.. much worse.. as more pubbies roll in. You best learn to use the ignore button now because otherwise you'll lose your mind in the coming months.

Your other request, I can't fulfill it without breaching this rule myself. Sorry about that.
