Which mech has the coolest cockpit in your opinion? Personally, I am partial to the Nova; it looks unique and gives a great view.

Huge fan of the Atlas Cockpit.
But it's quite clear that it's too small for the pilot, so either the mech should be 10 times larger for the cockpit to fit, or the cockpit should be moved to the center of the head and you should look through the nose, like the Gladiator.
I also really like the cockpit on the Thunderbolt. Not the interior, but the whole off-center design of it.

I'm a fan of the Hunchback's cockpit with that big ol' AC/20 taking up a third of your view with glorious ballistic goodness

Maddogs, because of that crazy Gyroscope thing, and King Crabs.

Currently Executioner's:
The main control panel is like a mini-podium and you got that big window directly in front of you.

Gargoyle. Looks like it has nitrous tanks stored in the cockpit for extra speed.

I would have to say the two best cockpits for me are the Kintaro followed by the Centurion. They look like what I always pictured a proper Mech cockpit to be.

Love my Urbie cockpits. The speed gauge and duct tape everywhere really capture the essence of the mech.

I'm quite partial to the Awesome's cockpit. It gives a fantastic view of the battlefield with few obstructions, and looks generally cool. Plus, like the Awesome, it's a wide, spacious cockpit with lots of room to stretch out.
That said, the clanners get leather seats, while IS mechs look like they're made out of the same stuff you get on subway seating or buses. There are some good views there too though, the Kitfox in particular has a really neat cockpit, you can see it extending below the pilot's feet and it has a very unique shape.
I do like the Summoner's cockpit, but I wish it felt like it were off-centered properly. When you're close to something and you torso twist, you should be moving relative to the things nearby, but instead you seem to be more or less centered above the mech. The cockpits we see in first person aren't necessarily in the same place as the third person cockpits, and I think it's been moved for the SMN.

I find the Ice Ferret cockpit extremely unique. Only mech in the game right now where the pilot's legs are actually fully exposed. The uniqueness lends it a sort of cool all its own.
However, I am still a fan of the Cataphract's glass dome cockpit. Visibility level ludicrous.
