Q: Will the Origins IIC 'Mechs have any fixed equipment?
A: No.

what do you think if it means that they do not have fixed armor and fixed structure too when using endo/ferro or it's related to stuff like fixed jump jets only?

"Fixed equipment" is the stuff you can't change on OmniMechs.
IIC 'mechs are BattleMechs, not OmniMechs.
If it comes with Standard structure, you can change that to Endo. If it comes with Ferro, you can change that to Standard. You can swap in any engine you want, mount as many heat sinks as you want, and pick any weapons that fit the hardpoints.
IIC 'mechs are BattleMechs, not OmniMechs.

Since they're Battlemechs and not Omnimechs, the odds are pretty good that the structure will be fixed (non-swappable arms/torsos/legs).

You know OP I was thinking about creating a topic asking the same question. I don't think it's been explicitly stated, but I'd imagine the endo/ferro crits will be dynamic like they are on IS battlemechs.

They're BattleMechs. BattleMechs do not have fixed equipment.
If you for one second believe PGI is going to implement a mixed system especially for IIC 'mechs, think again. Does that sound like the PGI we all know and love?
Minimal Viable Product, remember.
It'll be dynamic, just like IS BattleMechs.

yeah, it seems it probably will... it would be nice if they stated it directly

What seems most likely is that the IIC 'Mechs are using the same 'Mechlab code as regular Spheroid BattleMechs, just pulling from your pool of Clan gear as opposed to Sphere gear. Expect them to act the same way Sphere 'Mechs do unless specifically stated otherwise.
in case that's not clear: expect dynamic structure upgrades until they say otherwise.
