However, this is not a thread that is a new player (or any player) asking for any form of help. Should probably be in general discussions part of the forums instead.
However, I see your account is new (or at least new to the forums). While I'm here, any questions?

So, which is it?
If it's the second one, I agree along with a lot of people.
If it's the first choice what is it about the game that you don't like?

I got the Pirates bane, Ember, Huginn, Sparky, Jester, Misery, Phoenix Battlemaster tier package, Clan wave II Hellbringer tier, Clan wave III executioner tier, Resistance II Mauler tier, and a hand full of skins that I will not mention and 150 mech bays...
I do not even want to dare how much money I have spent on this game but I will be spending more I know that much! xD
I really wish I can take my money back from WT and put it to MW: O however the thing is I spent money on WT and enjoyed that content theroughly so even though I am disappointed with it now- at least I got my joy from it and I got my moneys worth. However I still want to spend more money on this game haha...
(PS I am not made of money, I just save a lot of money and do not buy much other stuff)

Well, seening as there is a positive smiley, we can assume that it is more likely to be the second option (minus maybe even the part with would gladly spend, as F2P should have the option to be free no matter what the reasons for not paying is).

Actually, you can 'blame' IGP for the F2P game concept. Originally, PGI pitched the idea as MW5, a single player game primarily that could have been played optionally as a multiplayer game. No one would bite that concept and support it, so PGI altered the pitch to be F2P with Micro (Macro?) transactions. Mostly because it's being shown that products can make more money through micro transactions for the life of the game, than a game that you have to purchase once to own.
So far, I'll say I haven't been disappointed, but I do think I probably would have preferred MW5, just for the single player campaigns probably. But I'm still an old school player. (Hey, I turn 30 in a few days! Soon I'll need a cane so I can shake it at kids and yell at them to get off my lawn. )

Micro. Macro means huge. Micro means tiny.

But what is huge and what is tiny? $20-30 mech packs (or $80+ pre-release entire package of mechs) is rather expensive and not so small. $1.50 mechbays (or there abouts) are cheap, and micro.
So I'd say the game has Micro and Macro transactions, in relation to expenditure on a typical game.

That depends on your measuring stick. In WoT for example, there are/were (not sure if they still exist) tanks that went for 200+ USD, and that was considered Micro. In age of Wushu someone sold a sword for like 1500$ (A little insight into my mind: Soon as I saw the price tag, all I could think about was "That's enough to get me a couple of titans for my 40K force")

Ah... I see you have the addiction called Warhammer as well? I just got done painting nearly all the skaven I owned, in 3 weeks... (36 clan rats, and a Vermin lord. Working on a Doomwheel now and the Clan rats command staff, as well as the Engineer and a home made assassin.)
As far as Video games go, I see any purchase of a game itself for more than $30 to be expensive. Any in game purchase of over $10 is expensive. Of course, when we talk about if something is Micro or Macro, it's all up to perspective. What I see as tiny, someone else may think is huge. I still don't consider many things in MW:O to be micro, but other pieces are. So it's a Micro and Macro transaction system in my mind (and that's perfectly fine with me).

How are you handling the Age of Sigmar stuff? Do Skaven transition well?

I am boycotting that. As it's own game, it'd be fine. If that is their replacement to Fantasy, it's garbage in comparison.
My main army is actually High Elves. But I changed to Skaven, just before Sigmar, for something different to paint. I haven't played Sigmar yet. It looks interesting, if very simple. However, all my custom home brewed characters I made can't be created in Sigmar. One Skaven Assassin is going to be the same as any other Skaven Assassin. No more True Silver Armor to make him different and unique anymore. No more "Malcarrin" High Elf Mage, with a book of Asur and lore of Heavens. No more Prince Celrik with a Star Lance on Griffin (or Skycutter depending upon my mood).
The modeling encourages so much creativity, and their new rules discourage any amount of creativity. I am not impressed.
PS: I think we just hijacked this thread to talk about Warhammer...

I'm with you on the Age of Sigmar. That's not Warhammer to me, I like tactical depth in my Wargane, I haven;t played Empire since 5th Ed. because I wanted the game to be simple, I could have stuck with the old MB/GW BattleMasters I played as a kid for that.
Btw I was shocked when you said you had painted your entire Skaven army in such a short time. But then I saw the number of models mentioned. Most Skaven players I know have an extra zero behind that '36' Clanrats.

Agreed. It's suppose to be tactical game play.
I just started my Skaven army so far. Only had an Island of blood set (which was given to me), a Doomwheel and Warplightning cannon (also given to me), and a Verminlord (I had to buy that one ). Eventually I plan to get Gutter runners and Night runners, at least a kit of each so I have the original models around. Then customizing Clan rat kits to make more... (and expanding my Beastmen at the same time, as I need ungor arms for the gutter runners/night runners.)
Trust me, my High Elf army is MUCh larger. (As well as my Tau, Imperial Guard, Space Marine, Eldar... okay okay! I know I have a problem! I... I can quit at any time! )
