[Brother MEX]

As the current fruitless search for matches has shown on this testserver, it is neccessary to offer a SOLO queue mode with only 8 vs 8 players or smaller !

On the other side many units may be interested in a 15 Clan vs 16 Inner Sphere GROUP mode with CW maps ...

What is your opinoin about this issue ?

Yeah, there isn't a lot of people on the test server it seems. I got a few games in yesterday, but after midnight (Im in Sweden) there were 9 people in queue plus me and a friend (I know the numbers because I can do maths). So the 11 of us waited for a 12th player for like 45 min before at least I quit.

Dunno what can be done? lance vs lance combat?

It's testserver,s of cours eit has low population, and so it will only be testable at the EU prime time.

Then maybe matchmaker can start a match with underfilled teams after 5-10 minutes of fruitless waiting?

Same problem here. As the population on the testservers is always lower as on the liveserver such situations are common.

Here is my suggestion to get the problems solved:

PGI could call for a "Testserver event". Every match that is played on the testserver will grant a certain amount of C-bills (like the 50 % premium time bonus, or the cadet bonus or even a fixed amount of probably 200000 C-bills). The sum of all bonusses gained is injected to the respective liveserver accounts after the testserver is down again. To prevent farming the "minimum matchscore of 30" rule could be used.

the only possibility to work around extremely small player numbers is that all players on the testserver put themselves in LFG consequently and form private lobbies with less than 24 people.

500.000.000 C-Bills
500.000 GXP

are available to play arround on the PTS.

I'm having a blast testing out some heros i didn't even consider buying up 'til now.

yeah some people do not see the opportunatey this grants. testing any mech for free with any loadout.

Yeah, same problem here. Waited for a game for a half hour, at noon Finland time. No luck, even with a light.

PGI should have made a event out of this.

There is the possibility to to 1vs1 matches in the private lobby (if you don't have premium time, use the free MC).
But whom to invite? Yesterday I only had one friend online and he was idle.

Edit: LFG and Faction chat are empty, too.

I usually do that too ... for CW groups on the US server, and now for PUBLIC groups on the EU test server.

But it seems than not many players have understand the ADVANTAGES of LFG
( like beeing able to tranfser command to a specific player by MERGING with his group ! )

I also do not get a game. Did install yesterday and wanted to join in early morning hours but there were like only 8 players online judging from the percentage numbers of weight classes.

Now its 1922h here in Vienna and still I can not get into a game. Maybe the Europeans are test server lazy and we need options to start games even if teams are not full.

Keep up the good work PGI! Some awesome stuff is happening lately! =)
