It's all in the title but here you go;

OBSERVATION : the queue is usually filled with 10-15% lights, 20-25% mediums, 15-30% assaults and a staggering 35-55% heavies.

Official metrics, I'm sure, will confirm something like that.


HOW IT AFFECTS THE PLAYERS : my first mechs were heavies. I love them, I tweaked em for months. Now I never play them anymore.


CONCLUSION : this sucks.


SOLUTION : purge the queue with matches in which only heavies are thrown together. This should help equilibrate the queue, and make waiting time for playing a heavy INFERIOR TO FIVE MINUTES (which is currently not the case).


If you don't follow this advice, at least do something to fix these ridiculous queues, like nerfing heavies or what not........

Yeah I'm also plagued with that public queue problem. My solution is to check a box that makes weight-class not matter. Then you'd enter a separate queue where weight-class doesn't matter. Of course, only heavy and assault players would probably ever play this mode. But hey, if you don't wanna do that, you could still do it the old way. That's my 2 cents!

Make this an option for EACH weight class, not only heavies and I'm in 100%
