Mine are:
ACH-Prime: 4ML
ACH-A: 2ML, 2SL, 2SRM4
ACH-B: 5SPL, 1MG (lawl)
ACH-C: 6SL
SHC-Prime: Gauss, 2ML
SHC-A: 2LPL, 3MG
SHC-B: 2ERPPC, TAG
SHC-P: 3ML, 2SRM6, 3MG (this is the only one without ECM)
The Arctic Cheetah feels good enough that you can have fun with a number of different builds, but the Shadow Cat seems like it's going to be a challenge with the less optimal builds.

People don't want ammo quirks, but these Clan mechs with 1 ballistic hardpoints and hardly enough room for an LBX2 with 1.5 ton of ammo are hilarious.
I hope single MGs are going to be all the rage in PVE

Been working through a few. Some are real obvious winners, some I keep tweaking. Might go without saying, but they all have ECM.
ACH:
6 SPLs: Obvious build but still amazing.
4 ERMLs: Burn is a little long to be great at the speeds I want to use it at and it's hot, but there's better range.
2 ERLLs: Have to strip the armor off the arms, but that's ok. Use the two super high ST hp's.
SCH:
2 LPLs 1 ERML: Put the two lpl's on the right, ml in the left arm. A bit hot, but good range, ok alpha.
3 ERLL's: Hot but you're sneaky enough to pick your spots and poke real quick, to then dip out cool of and reposition.
3MPLs 2ASRM6s: Now there are several subtle variations of this build that I'm still playing with. Like...
3ERMLs 2SSRM6's
2MPLs 3SSRM4's
2MPLs 3SRM6's
etc...
They're all viable, but have slightly different focuses and strengths. Personally I like trying to hunt other mediums and pick off brawling heavies. So the first will probably remain my favorite.
