A Bit Of Help If Possible

I just bought a new rig and have a GTX 970 installed and running.
Since I started back on MWO after building this I am having serious rubber banding in-games while having my normal to low ping.
Has anyone else come across this or have a fix they might know of? It's a huge pain in the whole that this is happening with a much more powerful machine :-(

I have 16 gigs of ram, an I7 4790k 4GHz and loads of memory as it is a brand new machine.
Ive tried lowering the setting, doing all custom one etc but nothing seems to make a difference :-(

To get Repair Tool, open the Patcher/Launch window and click the Settings (the gears) icon in the top right and click repair tool. Run it and fix errors if/when they occur.
Another thing you could try is to change each setting individually and see when you don't have issues anymore. Please note that 2 types of AA (MXAA and TXAA I believe) are currently a bit broken. I recommend to test your AA settings first

Edit: I now see you tried changing all settings already...

Then move from medium graphics up to higher, and see if the issues continue.
Could you click "F9" ingame and check the FPS in the corner? What is it running at?

Is your router a piece of crap from 5+ years ago? Probably doesn't handle multiple devices connected to it. Get a router that doesn't chug when there are collisions.

I have seen games go into a stutter when the CPU was overheating.
Also if your on the latest video drivers, you may want to try rolling back a few versions just to make sure it's not an issue with the latest driver..
To expand on what Lord Orion said, if you can, bypass the router 100% and see if the problem goes away... things like DoS filters in firewalls/routers could cause issues.
Maybe also check your power mgmt settings? Setting that to performance might help if it's set to low power or something?

That's the thing... Rubber banding is caused by poor latency. The training grounds however shouldn't exhibit these issues if it's latency.
I'd definitely do repair tool if you haven't already.

I just had a thought come up... does it seem to be a hard drive issue? Are you running torrents or something hard drive intensive in the background?
Does the game seem to freeze, start back up fine, then freeze again randomly?

The game will load up fine, get in...bla bla bla then when I got to move with the lance or head off / take it shot it just stops for maybe one to two seconds. It then fires me forward as the game 'catches up' to where I should me.
I have a new samsung SSD which I have installed it on so unless MWO doesnt like SSDs I am not sure what else is wrong with the drive

I am running a SSD just fine so it shouldn't be that.
Here are my PC's stats for reference (hopefully it helps).
