I met him shortly after the Jager was released... He taught me how to build it up, and he taught me alot.
He taught me, and showed me about MWLL... but I never got the time to join him. When I came back to mwo I heard he passed.
He was the only ******* person who I bothered to get to know here. But I know that he wouldn't want this. I know that he wouldn't want this drama ********. So I'm leaving it at this. Drop it, for him.
Then why on earth did you bring his name into this drama Damien!?
How do you think he would have felt for you to attempt to wield him as YOUR weapon.

I would love to have regional flags, for example Lappland or Karelia.
But it's probabaly a bit too much to manage, it would be several hundred flags if not 1000+, so it's probably not an option.
I hope the suggestion isn't that US regions are somehow special? That'd be pretty silly, many countries have regions with completely distinct cultures an partial independence just like the US.

The Constitution says that whatever the federal government does not claim as its purview is up to the states, yes. That clearly indicates the federal government as the authoritative power in the relationship.
It amazes me that people seem to have this impression that the federal government is some kind of entity that is utterly independent of, yet dominant over, the states.
Wow......I'm just gonna leave this minor amount or easily found information right here.............
"The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791.[1] It expresses the principle of federalism by stating that the federal government possesses only those powers delegated to it by the Constitution. It’s quite clear that the Tenth Amendment was written to emphasize the limited nature of the powers delegated to the federal government. In delegating just specific powers to the federal government, the states and the people, with some small exceptions, were free to continue exercising their sovereign powers."
And more specifically:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Uncle Sam doesn't get to randomly pick and choose what powers fall under his purview...........those were laid out very early on.........Abraham Lincoln dropped a steaming pile on the Constitution back in 1861, and ever since that happened .Gov has been overreaching their Constitutional authority to a greater and greater extent. The problem is that there are too many people that think like you that have just rolled over and accepted this as the way things are supposed to be.
And yes, there are two kinds of people in this world...........Texans and those who wish they were.

I'd like to see them add more flags and cockpit items... there is absolutely nothing wrong with having pride in where you are from and hey, if they make it, you will buy it and they will profit right?
why do ppl always have to assume that to support something... it means you oppose something else?
Cockpit items are vanity items... fly whatever damn flag you want... lol... but why tell others they cant fly thiers?
adding more flags is cake, the model is made they simply change the texture. they should pretty much be client side so it shouldnt effect the servers so why not?
The ONLY thing that can prevent ppl from getting the flag they want... is another person complaining... if everyone stopped trying to impose thier personal belief's upon one another, then most would find we would all get the flags we want. Quite simply, its a bunch of ppl trying to control each other. stupidity

As I said I have nothing against the implementation of regional flags.
I'm just guessing that PGI draws the line at country flags to not have to many flags in the list, since many countries have 25-100 discrete regions I can kinda see it being a bit much.
But sure let's go ahead and get regional flags. I hereby cast my vote that we start with the 25 Swedish regions because we are clearly the most important country.

Old Glory has become the flag of Tyrants and Empire.
So if we could have an alternate choice I would pick the Gadsden

I live in New Zealand... which is rather small- not even as big as some of the US states... but there is huge differences the more east or west you go, at the mountains or at either cost. Also talking to people online gives that affect as well...but still... it isn't like 1 part of USA is nothing like the rest at all. right?
I would actually like to move to your country for a while. The gun laws sorta scare me--the whole thing about sports weapons, etc., but I'd hope there are ways around that.
Then who'd wanna mess with ya'll, anyways, surrounded by thousands of miles of ocean.
Escef, on 26 July 2015 - 12:23 AM, said:
That is ludicrously incorrect. Section 10 of Article I specifically prohibits states from specific acts without Federal authority, the 10th Amendment clearly says that states can do what they want provided they do not step on the federal government's toes. And several Amendments to the Constitution clearly show that the Federal government , in fact, DOES have the authority to tell states what they can and cannot do.
No, it is NOT incorrect. The Federal Government was always supposed to be in limited scope and power. It wasn't until Abrisham Lincoln that he decided to spit on the Founding Fathers and dramatically expand the Federal presence. His tradition has been continued ever since.
The Federal Government was supposed to be very small and limited--to make laws and provide for an army to secure our borders.
I'm sorry school has misinformed you.

Seriously, shut off fox news and go outside for awhile. If you're at the point where you're looking at satire from a liberal vs conseratvie point of view, you really need to avoid the echochamber for at least awhile.

We have no income taxes, yet maintain a state surplus...
We have some of the best maintained roads in the nation...
Our state capital building is actually larger than the US's...
Our unemployment is of the lowest of the nation...
Were we to be an independent nation our economy would rank as high as 15th among the nations of the world...
Sure we have our people problems like most other states, but, most of us are pretty friendly...

OK, so no foxnews, just other extreme right-wing "news" sources. My point still stands. If you are dividing up satire into liberal vs conseratvie, you really need to go outside.
