What is this "Lone Wolf +5%" quirk??

It's real.

I believe it's supposed to imply "no quirks".

I have mine @ 10% on the Prime.

Have we figured out what causes the increase in that %?

Let's just buff the Lone Wolf moar.

Never mind, I figured this out.

It copies the % from whatever quirk it last saw in the same topmost slot.... whether positive or negative.
