[Decimus Antarii]

Ok so I have this problem that ive been watching for a while and cant figure it out, so i need some help.

For months now, ive been getting these FPS drops to around 7fps in-game. I notice it has a relationship with my GPU usage dropping to between 0-25% and my CPU usage going up to ~80% (i assume to compensate.)

I watch it on my 2nd monitor, and it doesnt seem related to temp at all. When it happens, my CPU temp drops a bunch (probably fan speed going up) but my GPU stays about the same. GPU never goes above ~75C and its happened at 68-70C just today.

The events last about 10-15 seconds each, and their frequency increases as i drop into more matches, and i rarely get one in the first match of the day. But, its not related to temperature that i can see, so what the hell?

I have an AMD Radeon 6970 and an AMD FX 9370.
