Basically destructibles are not supposed to block weapon fire, but it seems like they do that to PPCs... and stay intact.

Right now, trees have no hitbox for weapons. I've never seen anything hit them at all.

My narc beacon just took out a tree on River City in the Training Area, instead of hitting the targeted mech.
With 12 shots per ton ammo, that's important to know, even if its working as intended.

@Fenrisulvyn:
Trees do get knocked down by NARCs, but the missile continues to fly forward until it hits either world geometry, a player, or it's range limit. Trees do not stop NARCs (nor can they - projectiles are tracked by the game server, which does not recognize trees as they exist on your client only).

Yeah I noticed that my PPCs seem to get stopped dead by trees and knocks them down, but it's entirely possible that it's only a client side effect and that the bolt continues on invisibly to me and still hits the target.

Lasers too. The trees you can knock down are immune to weapons as far as I can tell, and block them.
