Well, you are either ignorant or dumb, and since I'm a nice guy, I chose the less insulting one.
No, he, like me, doesn't care, because we're aware of the reality of what the NSA and others have been collecting for decades now, especially from computers that go online, not even going to touch on all the stuff people GIVE them for free every time they post to social media or use their cellphone.
At least with Win10 they SHOW you what data is being collected and shared, not something they did with previous versions of the OS's created by MicroSoft, and you don't even want to know how much Apple knows about every single user of every single Apple product ever created, and who they share that information with...yeah, they make MS look like stalwart defenders of personal privacy, especially since Win10 lets you shut that feed off, it's just for Cortana usage, you can disable it all. Not that that matters, you still give out all your information constantly when you go online or use your cellphone. Anyone telling you otherwise is a fool or a liar, just ask all those Anonymous hackers who've been busted.

If you have Windows 7... DO NOT UPGRADE!
If you have Windows 8.x...YOU FOOL! YOU UPGRADED! YOU'RE F*CKED!
If you have WIndows 10... Judgement reserved, but see above answer for 8.x.

Try opening up another program before you load up MWO, then you can Alt Tab between the two. I have to do this with Windows 7.
And like everyone said, avoid 8 and 10. Find a copy of 7!!

You don't care yet, because at the moment, we only see the beginnings. Soon, with further reduction of privacy, companies will disadvantage citizens that deviate from their ideal customers. It will start in the human resources and insurance businesses. Got recently divorced? Sorry, we need a line manager who isn't constantly occupied with divorcement struggles. You favor risky sports like sky diving? Sorry, we can't give you the regular rate for your car insurance.
But maybe you are one of the people with no worries or problems whatsoever, a real consumerist role model? Then, yeah, you don't have to care, because the world will get better for you. As long as you make sure every aspect of your life fits with that ideal customer profile.

Damn it, I'm a fool I upgraded to Win 10!

Actually, I'm liking it so far. MWO works fine except for when I alt-tab out and back in while waiting for a match it sometimes makes the text look all funky in game. But restarting the game fixes it. I am really liking Microsoft Edge and Cortona is like a more hip Siri...although why she keeps sounding like a man sometimes and whispering that my data has been uploaded to the NSA is kinda weird.

What I do is use ALT+ ENTER to switch the game between full screen and windowed mode. I find the game minimizes much better from windowed mode and almost never crashes on me like it used to using ALT + TAB.
However, I use Windows 7. Not sure if it would work as well in Windows 8, but it should.
