What I would love too see MWO adopt is the combat system , the mech agility, Scale and maps. I think those are the things they should take from it.

scale and maps is what i would take.. and that aesthetic appeal in maps.. environmental factors.

The scale of maps will give the mechs their role to execute

Agreed. I like the flow of the matches. They're longer. Not only in length but TTK is longer. You actually feel like you're in a giant, armored machine of war. As much as I love MWO, most of the time you feel like your mech's made of cardboard. Even an Atlas. And the matches are so fast. Rarely do you feel like you're in a combat environment in which you are using scouts and fire support. MWLL gives that feel (though I only got to play with two other people). I like the feel of uncertainty; not knowing where the enemy is, relying on sensors and scouts, terrain masking. Good times.

If they can buyout MWLL..upgrade it to MWO gfx level and make CW.. that would be something :D

I would really like to try this. Couldn't get it to work. Got "modified files" error with two different installs. There didn't seem to be a way for hosting a non-dedicated LAN for just looking around either.

You need to create your own (local) server. The launcher has the option for it.

You just need to remember to put a large starting sum of Cbills, as you can't shoot any robots to earn them.

Hosting your own server requires a rule in your firewall so it does not check for CD-key code. But if you have any other issues please come onto our Team speak server mwll.mwmaster.net we can help you with problems.

also mwll.org you can find better download packages there if something is not working.

earning C-bills by shooting makes it fun..

MWO should really take up the environmental/ asthetic appeal from MWLL and implement it on its current maps.. (should not be difficult to do as they got the day/night cycle)
