Okay, as I suspect that many more will ask this, I'll try to collect them in one thread...

Question:
This colour-coded graphic, as shown below, which helps to visualize the latency to the different server regions as green, yellow and red, is NOT yet in the current build of the game?

Ping indicators are in the game, but they won't display if your ping to a particular server is over 500ms.

When you jump into a match, what ping value is reported in the top-left when you hit F9 to bring up the stats overlay?

The ping values I get in the upper left corner are mainly the same compared to before today's patch, and with 40-180ms well below 500ms.
I don't know what you mean by "jumping into the match"... The first few seconds during which the map is loading and I haven't reached the Drop Preparation screen?

What i'm currently getting is something like this:

The pre-match ping colour-indicators are not showing, not the F9 stats in-game. I have it the way Golden Fleece has it in the picture.

Hmm, the key F9 does normally work to display stats in the upper left corner. You don't get these?

hold on.
edit:No they're working. They are registering in Testing Grounds. Maybe it's occurring just in matches.
edit2: Ok, they're just fine. And to begin with, I didn't say F9 wasn't working. Just the Server Colour-Indicators.

Is that server-ping interface requiring certain ports to be opened instead of the regular stuff?

The only other thing I can think of is that the patch/executable that we got is not the one most like the one in the video.

Can everyone getting this issue double-check and add specific exception for MWO in their firewalls?
MechWarriorOnline.exe
MWOClient (specific exceptions for both the /Bin32 and /Bin64 exe's)

Please also let me know which OS version you're using.

Windows 7 Home Premium

Restarted the game after change in firewall, still no indicators. Only the boxes posted above.

Edit:
I added the MechWarriorOnline.exe to the exceptions (forgot about this one on the above try). Didn't change a thing about the indicators.

Second Edit:
I turned out the firewall completly and restarted the game. Still no indicators :)

Ditto here, running Windows 8.1, added specific exception for MWO in firewall like you asked. Nothing.

I think it's using a different (undocumented) port to ping through unless it's being treated like a bad ping... which can immediately get blocked by a router's firewall.

I'm hoping you're not reliant on UPNP (mine is disabled).

Same issue, no ping-bars.
Both MechWarriorOnline.exe and MWOClient have exceptions for firewall.
