Once they patch the game to allow users to enable dx 11, then we should have 3D Vision support. I can't wait for it, I've just finished installing an amp and Bass Transducers in my recliner for an incredible rumble effect, so once I can use 3D, it will be an awesome experience.

It's not perfect. There are certainly some shader issues that need to be resolved where shadows are in one eye and not in the other. I trust they are working with NVIDIA concerning this.
If not, there is a guy who goes by Helix out there in internetland that makes fixes for games with a small team of guys who help him. If there will not be a issue with his fix being recognized wrongly as a cheat of some kind, that might be a second avenue for further help. We would just have to get one of his team interested in the game.
I just threw a post up on the NVIDIA forums under the 3D topic.

Some of the mechs and terrain features display twice in one eye. The cockpit is horribly double. I think it is displaying the cockpit at some super wrong depth.
Although, I am not a fan of 3rd person in competitive play, 3rd person looks really cool in 3D and eliminates the cockpit problem.
All the weapons fire flying around is awesome in 3D. I notice the look of missiles a lot more and it does give you an excited feeling when weapons fire is zipping past you or drilling your mech.
I certainly see the potential. I hope this will continue to get some energy spent its direction. There are a lot of 3D gamers out there who will play anything that works well in 3D. Could mean a bit of an injection in the client base if word spread in those circles that it is good. I am a dedicated mech fan, but I even tried out Hawken briefly when I found it worked in 3D. (3D was cool there, but it still just felt like pretty much another standard FPS to me.)
MWO in 3D hurt my eyes, even as an seasoned 3D user. It was enough to get me all excited, though. I got so excited that I dug out my Saitek X52 Pro and tried to get that running again also. The joystick is still too involved for me to get working without someone helping me, though.

Anyways, the short answer is "no" and the long answer is "not likely soon".

Because NVIDIA did all the work. What can I tell you? Crysis 2 sold enough copies to warrant the work. MWO is a smaller franchise, therefore it sells fewer video cards, which means the stereoscopic work falls on PGI.
Help get PGI more dedicate players and NVIDIA will likely make MWO stereoscopic as well.

I think there is some misleading information here:
At nvidia website MoW is classfied as working with 3d
vision glasses...
I got the game and started and the option is greyed
out...
I updated nvidia drivers and switch to dx11 - still
greyed out.
Where is the 3d vision support? Even when you start the
game one gets the typical 3d vision message (toggle with ctrl alt insert).
Thanks for your support

Karl had discussed this as well as the SLI feature all waiting for Nvidia to update there drivers.
- Once that is 'in from Nvidia' MWO will switch on these capabilities.
So, MWO have it ready and just waiting.

Simple to use. High on all settings. Using 2 Nvidia 580's in SLI on Asus 3d (120Hz) monitor.
Amazing.

1.) red box that surrounds enemies are wrongly rendered
2.) right screen on NVidia Surround is wrongly rendered
just a few more things before I can play in 3D consistently

Are you experiencing massive lag? Anything less than medium settings with a GTX970 seems to cause it.
