You don't get a tournament point if you don't hit a match score of 30, which can actually be pretty hard when your ping is dismal.

bah!! 30 isnt hard , especially if you aussie or new zealander cos we used to high ping games, nothing new there. i can see it being hard for american or canadian cos you been babied with low pings for everything, but really its not that difficult

Great. So I was looking forward to actually play on this weekend where I finally have some spare time.. and then the event get's delayed. Bad luck for me.

Yet for reasons of a "result of ongoing Oceanic server instability" but the servers are kept running to play, just the event get's delayed? Why not simply prolong the event for a week instead of starting it some day else when the servers are running anyway?

30 is pretty hard when you're in a 35-tonner and your team gets steamrolled. Otherwise, no, it's not terrible.

From what I can tell ... my tally hasn't changed for the last few days. Looks like the event is over, regardless of what they've said.-------My bad ...I didn't see the Aug 13 update.

I, too cannot understand this. As long as the servers are online one should be able to participate in this event. Especially when you can earn points on the EU- and NA-servers as well, which are running fine AND it is on a weekend where the working people have some sparetime to play.

to me it looks like most of it is your dmg ± 30 to 80.

All these whinges about high ping omg, how bad it is for you.

I know aussie like myself only dream of a sub 100 ping, we don't even get under for the oceanic server and have 240+ for NA and 350+ for EU. yet we manage, maybe where use to just getting in there and adjusting as needed, but f*ck me the f*cking whinging little biatches who moan and groan there got a 200 ish ping is so weak, piss poor weak.

Was confirmed in another thread that, basically, this challenge is now stupid easy, thanks to it not accounting for the new match score system, which frequently puts you in the double digits.
