Logged in first time. First game, dc-ed mid game and can't rejoin.

Logged out and waited for 30 mins or so.

Logged in again and dc-ed again mid game.

This is getting so bad that I can't play anymore.

Please resolve asap.

At this point I find myself with far to much DC going on from servers. I may need to rethink on this matter of playing the game.

getting a DC at the end of a match and neither the xp count nor the c-bills are paid out, hurts on a good match

since it would have been a warhorn and that the mech is blocked for so long is even worse

just get another match. It will be faster to just switch mechs to get this over with and forget about this server ... like forever

Have to agree getting worse with the disconnects. Can anyone confirm if we are receiving nothing for match or getting cbills and xp up to disconnect??

nope, no xp nor c-bills for the whole match when it disconnects

Confirmed. I took note, and when the d/c happens we get nothing. No CBills or XP.

It's happened a number of times to me the past couple of days. Disconnects or desyncs resulting in the loss of any experience or c-bills. Once it happened right at the end of an epic game where I was looking forward to the payout in experience to finish up basic'ing my mech, but nothing came.

The worst thing is that it ties up the mech for a long time, so you're forced to switch into another (and hope it doesn't get into the same predicament).

I'm in New Zealand - getting ~150 ping on the OC servers - but I'm still getting disconnected/dropped/desync'd every third game. I wonder who in Singapore PGI has rented the server space from that it's so inconsistent.

What ISP are you with? I'm with Snap/2Degrees and my pings are 210+

I think PGI should grant everyone a free mech of our choice for this horrible disservice. Where is the customer support PGI? We are troubleshooting your game FOR FREE.

Can't play a while whithout lags and all the issues. Just a **** game with all than I've invest in this game. Fuching PGI!!!...
