So anyone else getting the same message in the last 48 hours?

Tried a repair 3 times, but it keeps saying no errors to fix, yet neither my account or my friends can log in.

Passes the password confirmation, spins for a few mins saying connecting and then get an unknown error message.

PGI supports it such a speedy and reliable service i thought best to reach out to the community for suggestions.

My only other thought is to do a fresh install when i go to bed. only i played on sunday was working fine if just the patcher was a little slow in loading up and now today tuesday nothing, even slower patcher loading interface and a unknown error crash when attempting to join mechlab.

So after 3 repair tool runs, a virus check and scan of my pc, i'm at a loss as to what to try next.

Worst thing is i have premium time running and still 6 or so matches short on the euro and oceanic flags.

Check the "Announcement" Forum. Maybe a known system glitch. Even the Forums seem to be posting slow today for me...

12 days later same issue again

Died in a match, game won't give option to view from another pilot yet i can still fire my guns with my mech on it's side

next match game stalls at the logging screen for 5 mins thus i know something is wrong. Close down the program and regardless if i do a pc restart or not, when i start the program again once i type in my password it attempt to load mechlab and then spins and crashes back to password word prompt screen again saying,

Error has occured
Unkown error

And all the support can say is idk what the issue is.

then to add insult to injury when i try to download the game again it then decides to download so the amount downloaded is tickjing over at 0.03 mb a time and my isp runs checks and tells me everything is working fine. Try downloading a game from steam 200mb in under 3 mins, peak at 1.7mbs yet today it's even worse and now says to download the game will take 22 hours.

So once again after a fresh install, 7th game the mech dies and lays on it's side and i can keep firing weapons and then instead of waiting till end of game this time i quit match and play another mech.

Everything goes fine for 2 matches and then loading up the 10th match, crashes on the loading screen and sends me back to the password prompt to get told once again after trying to contact to mechlab, unknown error.

3rd time in 13 days.

then to add insult, the downloader when trying a fresh reinstall will give a garbage time to download of 22 hours, while i can delete and install a game from steam at almost 3 mbs but the click on mwo are 0.03 mb.

So 2 installs going on, 1 goes are expected speed and the mwo is craptastic and supoort says, honestly i don't know, please send a ping test, dxdiag, tracer route screen shots and doing that, still no reply.

hades, did you try reinstall whole OS ? but ofc, it could be caused by bad hardware (malfunction) , so another PC you can test the game on ?
It could be any PC, the game runs without crashes on integrated HD3000. Ie, you could run it on any laptop.

Sounds like a lot of hassle considering everything else i own operates fine, no issues, and other downloads systems such as steam are coming in at 3mbs and my isp confirmed my connection is working fine.

The only time it becomes an issue is when after i have a match when my mech dies and lays on it's side and i'm able to continue to fire my weapons and can't change to another pilots view.

I am having the same problems, unknow error at login screen, previous disconnected from server errors last night as well as ping rates above 1500, and stutter walking mechs. There is another gentleman using same wifi as me and he is having no problems. He is using windows 7 and I am using windows 8.1. Have run repair tool 4 times and a complete reinstall of Mech Warrior. No change. Any Ideas?
