Well,a brazilian Clan Ghost Bear (name not important) was winning. I had 2 mechs left and was last, I demanded Zellbrigen

Quote

Zellbrigen is ritualistic form of honor dueling practiced by the Warrior Caste of the Clans

They accepted and didn't attack me and escortet me to the place for the Zellbrigen. (I challanged only 1 btw)

I was there surrounded by 12 claners, and happy that finally one accepted the Zellbrigen and didn't attack me.

Well everything changed when suddenly all 12 shot me. Shame on this clan and all theyr relatives, that broke the rules and put the pride of the Clans in a garbage bin.

Never gonna trust a (brazilian) Clan ever again.

And btw PGI do something against Artifial Aiming already ;-), getting bored about getting headshotet with smal lasers in full movement of both mechs...

That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works.

I'll sum this up quickly:

Noone takes zellbrigen seriously.

If they following it, great.

If they don't follow it (which is the norm), it's an exercise in futility.

Roleplaying only works when everyone cooperates... and 99 of 100 times, noone will agree to your desire/demand for zell.

JFP often offers Zellbrigen, and as far as I can remember, they have never broken it.

It's not a nationality thing.

It's the reality of this game, regardless of nationality.

Not really, atleast that's my experience in the webs, and it almost never failed me :-P (atleast for the last 18 years). But that's a whole other topic and we better not start arguing about such things.

And also it was the first Zell that was accepted and was not followed. The other Zells went fine, if they accepted.

Brazilian!? How??

I thought i knew all the brazilian players, the only brazilians within Ghost Bear are from INXS and they barely play, they have only 4 active players.

Edit: And i believe none of them know what Zellbrigen is

They said they were from BR, if it was true IDNK.

Anyway if a clan accepts a Zell and even escorts a player to the duel zone, makes a big circle, like you do in a Zell, I can expect they know what a Zell is, also most were founders so they had BT experience. It is just sad that MWO loses alot of RP this way. And that is what BT was fun for.

Sometimes when I see a forumite on the other team, I challenge the guy. Usually goes well.

Don't take this to nationality stuff, really. There are exceptions, even if it's 1% of it.

Now... Another Brazillian unit?
What were their tag?
Do you have a Print Screen of it?

And talking about honour... It really relies in what you judge as honour. Zellbrigen is hard to do 'cause you simply give another player the chance to backstab you without any punishment, you just gave an opening to your enemy.

Zell can be broken if the foe is found to be unworthy. Seems they found you as unworthy. Maybe they found the paint job of your 'Mech as dezgra. Who knows?

MY experience also, or when fighting against a full drop with founders in it. But not this time... kinda sad. Had even a ghost drop where we did 30mins of Zell instead of rushing beacons.

Not sure anymore but I think the tag was KNVK or something like this with alot of Kerensky's in it.

Not worthy? Got 7 of our total 9 kills, with 2 mechs. And had more DMG and Mech destrucions than theyr best player this round. For sure I was not dezgra ! Guess they were a bunch of freeborn and not worth theyr Bloodname Kerensky!

Obviously they were hacking.

How could they have a brazillion players on one side? Come to think of it how many are in a brazillian?

Maybe they said they had Brazilians? Not that I would want to check with this fan base, I'll just take their word. ;)

Most people who play clans - don't do it for the lore - they do it for the mechs.

Don't be shy with us. We, brazilians, aren't THAT bad with others...
Actually, we're more polite than many others players I have met...

Clan women are like female dwarfs I hear.
They all look like men.
Never waste an opportunity to insult a clanner :D
