Any mech with more than one Gauss Rifle (although I usually dont start a kamikaze attack on them like OP described). The Griffin-2N with 4 LRM-5.

Dragons, specially dual ac/5 1N.
But it's like a personal challenge, i want to be the best Dragon pilot, so everytime I face an enemy Dragon i try to kill it (or just remove the right arm and leave him crying in a corner) asap to negate him a good match score.

People who run srm6 stacked jerkcrows and act as if their one button mash makes them terrific. When I see them on the field, My vision gets red around the edges and I will wade through withering fire to rip off one of their legs, shove it up their a$& and crush their goddamn useless head into the ground. You wanna know who's ruining the mwo experience for the new people, look no further then the one shot dip sh&$ wonders out there.
For me it would be that LRM Assault in the back of the group whining about no one locking targets for them. If they are on my team I know they will end up at the bottom of the end screen adn if they are on the other team Ill make sure they are as they are so friendly and advertise to the whole world where they are camping from.
P. S. I have nothing against playing LRMs well and offensively shooting from medium range with own locks or from teh middle of the friendly team position... but not the terribad ones relying and expecting others to lock and tank damage for them.

Lights running one-button SPL builds. To me these are not BattleMechs, but something transplanted from a generic twitch shooter. I don't mean to berate the people running them though, I understand they are effective.
In general, extremely one-dimensional builds. Again, I understand that they are effective, but boy are they boring too. My #1 wish for the new balancing is to make these less desirable (e.g. take away those crazy quirks which only apply to a specific weapon).

Agree 100%, these and streak crows two biggest balance problems in the game without any doubt.

Whenever I see CMD with LRMs, it makes me cringe . But I do not cross the battlefield to kill them, instead I go all soft and run to them to protect them from my team mates, they need it

Any spider or firestarter. We all know their hit reg sucks, and they take way more damage than they should be able to endure. Add a nice lag shield, and the hate swells.
