Perhaps because otherwise they would automatically drop down to tier 5 directly? Now they have a chance to cling onto tier 4? Something like that? Dunno...

Anyways, did they separate Group and Solo queue scores? It's an improvement, but without separation it will never be accurate imo.

Tier 4 is near the bottom bud. Tier 1 is the best, tier 5 is the worst

Should start from the bottom. How to make bad new player experience even worse? Make him drop to lower tier to really let him know how bad he is.

Its ok old people. Micheal Jordon was awesome at basket ball, what 20 years ago? THE BEST! He cant keep up with the new generation, that's life. That does not mean the NBA needs to fix the game to make MJ's stats relevant.

Except that they are not at the bottom. They are seeded near the top of Tier 4. Meaning they are very close to tier 3, the median tier.
