Granted it was the new map and I can't really judge mine nor my teams performance playing for the first time on that map. However, I've never seen those players before. Everyone took off on their own and we lost 12-2. I personally sucked. I had no idea where to go on the new map. Found myself (in a Highlander I dusted off for the occasion) wandering off, dazed by all the new shiney in the map. When out of nowhere 2 mediums and a heavy round the corner and then I was dead. Did like 250 damage and walked with 63k cbills and 200xp (that's with premium time kiddies). Had to go to work. I wonder how the drops will go later tonight on more familiar maps.

Meh.. It's really too early tell. I have to give it a couple of days before any real judgement can be passed.

I'm pretty sure the idea isn't to prevent stomps, which is pretty much impossible due to the snowball nature of the game, but rather to make you feel like you are playing against challenging, equal skill level players.
