Since the minimum match score to get points in the Oceanic Takeover event was 30, and the new match score system has completely changed, what is the new minimum score to get points in the challenge now?

I cannot find any mention of the minimum score requirements anywhere, can someone please point out where it is mentioned?

Ha! Well if they did forget to address that at least it's an error in our favor. Haven't seen anything in the notes or in other forum posts.

So basically, everyone who shows up in a match and does a little bit of damage gets a challenge point? Wow, free stuff for everyone! We just have to show up and not do anything too stupid to get points.

Yes, I'm actually glad this happened. Despite the continued extensions to this event life has been intruding on my game time, and this will let me grind out lots of the waken and c bill rewards I'd have missed

Well if you are like me, you would also need to be willing to deal with a near 300 ping on oceanic. I am not willing to deal with it. I'd feel a little dirty doing it anyway. I suppose it does make up for the poor server performance for the Oceanic players a little bit though.

I actually just had a really good match on Oceanic Conquest despite the bad ping (270ish). I got 5 kills and 500+ damage in a Stormcrow. I've also played with many Aussies and people with bad pings who consistently do very well, despite having crappy pings.

It's not that I can't do well enough there. It's that I have no reason to. I don't need the rewards and I see no reason to deal with a near 300 ping, or 120 for Euro, when I can have 35-40 with no concerns with wait times.

Many players have been sitting on around 200-300 ping for years now, shaving 50-100 off on the new servers is great but at this point we're just used to it.

It's still 30. Confirmed by Paul on stream ~2 days ago to compensate mostly for the ****** OCE servers.
Also this happened in the twitch chat before he confirmed it.
