Cooldown Module Now Working With Artemis?

Hello Warriors :)

I wanted to pimp my CPLT-C1 and wanted to research those "LRM 15 Cooldown" things, all 5 of them.

Three questions:
1) level 1 modul costs 3million, does levl 5 cost 5x3millions?
2) does the cooldown work with artemis? I found this thread and it says it doesnt:

The level 1 module is the same item as the level 5 module. If you buy it when you have the level 1 skill unlocked, then you unlock to level 2, the module will change its name and stats. You don't need to buy the module again. Not the most intuitive system, I know.

Artemis reduces the amount of time it takes to get a missile lock and improves LRM tracking when you can see the target. With SRMs, it tightens the spread. The cooldown module reduces the amount of time it takes the weapon to be ready to fire again after firing. So they do different things, but yes, you can use both at the same time and they will both work.

Artemis is worthwhile for some builds but not others. ;) With streak missiles it improves lockon time with no drawback (the launchers do not weigh any more or take up any extra slots with artemis). That the streak missiles get a bonus is actually a bug, but it is unlikely to ever be fixed.

As for weapon modules, they also provide a bonus with no drawback, so of course they are worth using. Are they worth the cost? No, not for you, not yet. You will get more use out of the mech modules Seismic Sensor and Radar Deprivation. They are excellent with every mech.

Expect maybe go for the module, if it's worth it to you.

Streak Missiles + Artemis speeding up the Lock On is not really a bug - Streaks and LRM share the Lock On Code so if Artemis works for LRM it does work for Streaks too - it is an unintended side effect ;)

hmm...not sure if you guys got what I mean (or maybe I dont understand the description of the item)

"LRM15 Cooldown" seems to lower the cooldown of LRM15 rocket launchers. For me this means I can fire faster, deal more damage.
(Please correct me if I am wrong)

Then my point is: Does this LRM15 Cooldown work with my Artemis system? I would like to know if it also shortens the cooldown when I use "LRM15 + Artemis" rocket launchers?

In the link I posted in the first post it said there is a but.....thats why I am asking this
