Ok, so first off, I am hardly a techy. And I probably shouldn't have taken the windows 10 upgrade. But I wanted a fresh start and figured I would do the upgrade then do a fresh install of windows 10. So that is what I have done. I upgraded to windows 10, then did a system restore to erase all the apps from the computer so I could start fresh. Since installing all my drivers, MWO and sitting through the six hour patch, I can load into the mech lab and view most of my mechs (I will get into this later) and play on some of the maps in testing grounds. But should I try to play a matchmade game, as soon as it attemps to load onto the map, the game crashes to desktop.
So, I have done the standard proceedure of running the repair tool, that said I had no missmatched files, and trying again. Same results. So I contacted technical and the guy had me do the usual, "send me you dxdiag." After doing so he suggested I do a fresh install of my GTX 660 drivers. I have done so and got the same results. He then asked me to send him a picture of my ingame video settings then suggested I lower them to system settings medium. Now I can play my Jenner and my Locust on all maps except Alpine. But no other mechs work, they all crash to desktop when I load onto the map.
Also, sellecting certain mechs like my BLR-1G(P), AS7-S(L), NVA Prime (I) and my urbanmech special eddition, it will crash me to desktop and I have to have a friend log into my account and move me off of them. Not all special mechs do this but those do. Technical hasn't gotten back to me in two weeks since my last response so im wondering if anyone around here may have a better idea as to how to get this thing to run.

Reinstall MWO.
If that doesn't work check your Ram and Harddrive.
This sounds awfully like a file corruption problem, that happened either during download or may be caused by faulty hardware (RAM, Harddrive).
If this all turns out to not help your last straw would be to downgrade again. I've heard of at least one case in which windows 10 for no apparant reason caused file corruption with big files and the users only workaround was downgrading back to 8.1.

Well, I downgraded back to windows 7 and still had the same issues. So im guessing that the problem lies in my hardware. Just went out and bought a solid state drive cause I have wanted one and freshly installed windows 7 pro on it. Going to let everyone know how that goes come time I finnish the mondo patch again.

Did you get a newer card? Like say EVGA GTX 960?

No. I am still using my Evga GTX 660 superclocked. Good news is that I am now running full bore again and better thanks to the SSD from my guess. So lesson learned, Hard drives do wierd things when they are on their way out.
