The Falconer is the opposite of high mounted and those legs, yikes.

I'd say that's a pour portrayal of the Falconer, especially since it's a long range mech. I'd like to see Alex's version.

I must be blind, but I don't see anything that says it won't be available for purchase to other players. Like, the Faction-specific camo patterns for the King Crab and Resistance 1 mech packs are available for purchase to everyone, but they were also a reward for certain players who pre-ordered, I think.

I'm mostly assuming this will work in a similar way Clans get something for owning all top tier clan wave packages.

It's just their wording. "Most own both resistance 1 and 2 entirely to quality for these unique rewards".
Doesn't sound like something that will appear in store.

What gets me about the 'weakness' debate on all these 'mechs is if they didn't have the weakness such as low slung weaponry, or huge CT's/ST's (Mauler primarily for this) PGI would get flak for NOT making them look as they should with big beefy missile packs.
For the Black Knight, low slung energy is how it has ALWAYS been depicted, so yeah adding energy shoulder cannons to the Black Knight would be dumb, this isn't an Artic Cheetah, Gentleman, it's a Black Knight. Damned if you do, damned if you don't I guess.

the black night is going to be a brawler I hope they don't make it as big as the Orion or Grasshopper, it should show just how over sized those mechs are.

Something about the cockpit glass make it looks overly smooth and awkward. The Blood Pact preview looks like what it should be in game though, which is dead sexy.
